Bridge and Seed Funding Grant Programs Spring 2022 Competition

The Spring 2022 Intramural Research Grant initiatives provided by Touro College and University have been announced: Bridge Funding Grant Program and Seed Funding Grant Program.

These programs were established following from 2012 recommendations of the Research Advancement Task Force to increase basic and clinical research in the biomedical and health sciences throughout the Touro College and University system.

The Bridge Funding Grant Program aims to improve the likelihood of securing renewed funding for projects that were previously funded and which have received solid priority scores for the renewal proposal last submitted to the sponsor.

  • The deadline date for submission of a Bridge Funding Grant Program application is April 26,2022.
  • Program guidelines, instructions, and application forms for the Bridge Funding Grants Program are available at the Touro College and University System research website.

The Seed Funding Grant Program is designed to encourage collaboration and interdisciplinary research between and among faculty, colleges, and campuses throughout the Touro College and University System.

  • The deadline date for submission of a Seed Funding Grant Program application is April 26,2022.
  • Program guidelines, instructions, and application forms for the Seed Funding Grants Program are available at the Touro College and University System research website.

The final review of proposals and determination of award recommendations to President Kadish are conducted by the Touro College and University System Biomedical and Health Sciences Research Council, which oversees both programs.
